Bend & Blaze: Burn fuses elements of hatha, vinyasa, and power yoga with a high intensity interval workout. We’ll achieve many of the same health benefits as other, more intense forms of exercise, but in a shorter amount of time. All while going through the same yogic movements we know and love.
Research shows that High-intensity interval training can improve oxygen consumption as much as traditional endurance training, even if you only exercise about half as long. It can also elevate your metabolism for hours after exercise which results in additional calories burned even post workout.
