*Workshop 4- Liberation*
We are going to explore all the ways to get upside down with inversions and fly in some arm balances.
We'll be starting with the fundamentals, and dive into learning about form and muscle engagement to support us safely in our poses. We will cultivate an intention of practicing these postures consistently to directly tone, strengthen and energize all the systems of the body, inducing vitality and balance.
