Join local canna-chef Cam Evans as he guides you through a culinary experience to remember! Collaborating with top local chefs, Cam will teach you step-by-step to prepare a delicious meal. Be prepared to taste as you go!
In addition to valuable kitchen skills, you’ll learn how to dose and infuse a variety of dishes from savory to sweet using new & exciting infusion techniques. Each class in this 4-part series will feature a different infusion technique.
Class 3 Menu:
Infused Butter Cracker Crusted White Fish with lemon, asparagus and couscous with garlic and herbs.
Infusion demonstrations will feature Olio products!
The Infused Kitchen is a comfortable place to learn or hone your skills as a cook, all skill levels are welcome.
Included in each class:

- Live demo of the meal
- 1-on-1 education
- Interactive meal prep

- The experience of cooking your very own cannabis infused dinner
Students MUST be 21+.
