Join us for an adventurous evening with lamb bites, inventive cocktails and party tips!
The Every Hostess, Kaitlin Chad, will be sharing her tips on how to style the perfect cocktail party of your own.
Lauren Grier of Climbing Grier Mountain will be demonstrating how to make two easy lamb recipes to serve at your next party, Spiced Lamb Pita Toasts with Fresh Mint and Turkish Lamb Sliders with Labneh. You will get to taste both dishes and leave with your own pound of ground lamb and recipe cards to recreate these appetizers at home.
Charcuterie and sheep’s milk cheeses, beer, wine and a signature cocktail pairing will be provided by Blackbelly.
After the demos and sampling, stay and chat with the hostesses about cooking lamb, entertaining, and craft cocktails. You can also make your own SWAG bag including spices, meat thermometers, recipes and more!
